Ha Noi CPM Construction Corporation (CPM) was founded on 2 October 2004. After more than 20 years of growth, CPM has matured from a construction company into a specialist in consulting, designing, fabricating and installing aluminium & glass systems for many residential and industrial projects nationwide.

Throughout this journey, CPM has continuously improved its expertise and invested in people, technology, its factory and management systems to better meet the technical, schedule, quality and aesthetic requirements of each project.

From a construction foundation to in-depth aluminium & glass expertise

From its founding in 2004, CPM set its direction on professional expertise, construction quality and client trust.

As the construction industry demands ever more of technology, precision and coordination, CPM has expanded its capability from traditional construction into architectural aluminium & glass – a field requiring close integration of design, engineering, materials, fabrication and installation.

Through each stage of growth, CPM has accumulated hands-on experience from many types of projects, including high-rise apartments, commercial complexes,

offices, hotels, public buildings, infrastructure and projects with special architectural and technical requirements.

Working across many building groups has helped CPM steadily improve its ability to advise on and deliver aluminium & glass works in a more integrated way.

Today, CPM can deliver many items within a single chain of work, from aluminium & glass technical consulting, façade system design, door and window design, and partition design and installation to selecting aluminium systems, glass and hardware. CPM also supplies materials, fabricates and manufactures in its factory, installs on site, controls quality, manages safety and provides warranty after project completion.

CPM always recognises that every project has its own requirements. No two buildings are exactly alike in architecture, function, site conditions or investment goals. So CPM does not apply one fixed solution to every project.

Instead, the engineering team studies the documents, design requirements, building scale and actual conditions to develop a better-suited approach.

For projects with special requirements, CPM can assemble a specialist team to research and develop new aluminium dies, dedicated to the technical and architectural requirements of each building. This capability helps CPM widen its range of solutions and better serve highly complex projects.

Installation team – ensuring quality, schedule and safety

Installing aluminium & glass, especially on high-rise buildings and façades, always demands precision, close coordination and a strong safety culture.

CPM's installation teams are organised around the needs of each project and work with the engineering departments to resolve issues on site.

CPM's goal is to maintain a balance of Engineering – Quality – Schedule – Safety. This is also the basis for the company to keep building a capable, professional installation team that takes responsibility for every project.

A clear, professional management structure

The organisational, management and executive structure of Ha Noi CPM Construction Corporation is established in accordance with Vietnamese law and the Company Charter.

CPM's governance system includes the Board of Directors, the General Director, the Supervisory Board, Deputy General Directors and functional divisions and departments.

At the head of the executive team is the Company's General Director. Advising and supporting the General Director are two Deputy General Directors in charge of the two main functional groups: the Economics – Planning Division and the Engineering Division.

The Economics – Planning Division comprises the Finance – Accounting Department, the Economics – Planning & Tendering Department and the Administration – HR Department.

This division handles finance, resources, delivery planning, tendering, administration and HR. It is the foundation that keeps the company running smoothly and prepares the right resources for each project.

the Engineering Division

The Engineering Division comprises the Design Department, the Production Factory and the Installation Department.

This division directly carries out CPM's core activities, from researching solutions, design and product fabrication to on-site installation.

A clear organisation by functional group helps CPM increase specialisation and enables departments to coordinate effectively throughout the project life cycle.

The factory – a key foundation of CPM's capability

One of the factors that gives CPM greater control over production and quality is its own factory.

The CPM production factory belongs to Ha Noi CPM Construction Corporation and is located at Lot CN4, Phu Nghia Industrial Park, Chuong My District, Hanoi.

The factory has a total area of over 1 ha, with average production capacity of around 15,000 m²/month. It is where fabrication, production, inspection and preparation of products take place before delivery to site.

Investing in technology to raise production capacity

The factory is equipped with advanced, modern and integrated production lines imported from suppliers in Germany, Italy and other markets strong in industrial equipment.

Investing in machinery is not only about productivity. For CPM, technology also supports quality control and improves machining accuracy.

By progressively automating management and production, CPM aims to reduce machining errors, increase product consistency, strengthen technical control, shorten production time and respond more proactively to project schedules.

Alongside machinery, CPM still sees its people as a key factor. Training and upskilling of the factory team is therefore maintained in parallel with equipment investment.

Quality control before dispatch

Every product is inspected before leaving the factory against criteria set by CPM and the requirements of each project. Particular attention is paid to machining quality, accuracy, safety, compliance with the design, consistency and aesthetics.

Inspecting products before they reach site helps prevent errors during installation and adds another layer of control to the whole delivery process.

At the factory, CPM also has a showroom presenting solutions, product samples and material systems to clients and partners.

In aluminium & glass, building quality does not depend on a single factor. A system can only perform well when the design, aluminium system, glass, hardware, construction details and installation method all work together.

The company applies an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system across its organisation. The management system runs throughout Concept design → Tendering/bidding → Contract preparation and review → Detailed design → Production → Installation → Completion → Warranty.

Controlling the whole chain helps CPM proactively detect issues that could affect the result. Rather than only fixing errors once they occur, CPM aims to control them from the preparation stage.
