How CPM collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of customers and job applicants on hanoicpm.com.

Hanoi CPM Construction Joint Stock Company (“CPM”, “we”) respects and protects the personal data of customers, partners and job applicants who use hanoicpm.com. This policy follows Vietnam’s Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

1. Data we collect

  • Project submission / quotation / contact forms: full name, position, company, phone number, email, project name and location, requirements, notes and any drawings you attach.
  • Job application forms: full name, year of birth, phone number, email, position applied for, CV / portfolio and experience notes.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, the page the form was sent from and the time of submission — used for spam prevention and system security.

2. How we use it

  • To contact you for consulting, site surveys, quotations and contract performance at your request.
  • To review applications and contact candidates for interviews.
  • To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and improve its quality.

CPM does not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties for advertising.

3. Retention

  • Quotation and contact requests: up to 24 months after the last contact, or as required by the contract and accounting record rules.
  • Job applications: up to 12 months; applicants may request earlier deletion.

4. Data protection

Data is stored on the website’s server and is accessible only to authorised CPM staff. Files you send (drawings, CVs) are kept in a folder with no public access, and every administrative action is logged.

5. Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to consent, to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint. Send requests by email or hotline below; CPM will respond within the statutory time limit.
