CPM Hanoi's mark on large-scale projects

The projects that define CPM Hanoi

In construction, a contractor's capability is shown not only by years in business or factory size. The real projects a company has delivered are among the clearest proof of its organisation, engineering and coordination.

For CPM Hanoi, more than two decades of growth have spanned many building types: from high-rise housing, mega-cities and resort hotels to cultural centres, technology buildings and aviation infrastructure.

Aluminium & glass and façades in particular directly shape a building's architectural appearance. Behind the large glass surfaces, doors, balustrades, louvres and façade envelopes lies a whole process from studying drawings and selecting materials to fabrication, quality control and on-site installation.

The list below presents 10 featured projects that clearly show the scope of capability and experience CPM has built up over the years.

    1. Terminal T2 Expansion – Noi Bai International Airport

International Passenger Terminal T2 is one of Vietnam's most important aviation infrastructure projects and a major international gateway to Hanoi.

The T2 expansion increased the terminal's total floor area to over 200.000 m², raising capacity from about 10 million to 15 million passengers per year, with the ability to serve up to 18 million passengers. Aircraft gates, passenger boarding bridges and many passenger facilities were also expanded and modernised.

More than a transport building, Terminal T2 places high demands on architecture, operability, durability and finish quality.

On this project, CPM supplied and installed door and glass wall systems during 2024–2025.

Taking part in an aviation infrastructure project with specific requirements is a notable milestone in CPM's capability profile. It is not only about construction volume but also reflects the ability to meet processes, quality and coordination on a large operational facility.

For CPM, Noi Bai Terminal T2 is one of the landmark projects reflecting its expansion from residential and commercial projects into high-standard infrastructure and public buildings.

    2. National Innovation Center – NIC Hoa Lac

If Terminal T2 represents transport infrastructure, then National Innovation Center – NIC Hoa Lac holds a special place in Vietnam's science, technology and innovation ecosystem.

NIC Hoa Lac has a total working floor area of nearly 20.000 m², comprising two office blocks and an international convention centre. Total construction cost was about VND 750

billion. The architecture takes the form of an eagle taking flight, conveying the growth and global ambition of Vietnam's innovation ecosystem.

During construction, CPM supplied materials and labour for the aluminium & glass package during 2022–2023.

For a building with such distinctive architecture as NIC, the aluminium & glass system not only encloses the building but also helps shape its modern architectural language.

CPM's presence on this project reflects the company's experience on high-profile buildings that demand coordination between architecture, engineering and finish quality.

    3. Hanoi Children's Palace

Hanoi Children's Palace is one of the capital's key cultural and social projects of the 2020–2025 period.

The building sits on a site of nearly 40.000 m², with a built area of over 10,000 m² and total investment of about VND 1,300 billion. It houses many functional spaces such as an 800-seat theatre, cinema, sports hall, swimming pool, library, study areas and an astronomy tower.

Hanoi Children's Palace was inaugurated and opened in 2024, becoming one of the city's most notable public buildings.

On this project, CPM supplied labour, equipment and materials for the aluminium & glass works and aluminium doors.

Unlike ordinary residential projects, a cultural building has many functional spaces requiring a harmonious combination of architecture, function and aesthetics. Taking part in Hanoi Children's Palace is therefore a notable mark in CPM's public building portfolio.

It also demonstrates the company's adaptability in delivering aluminium & glass works across many different building types.

    4. Dream City Hung Yen – Vinhomes Ocean Park 2

Dream City Hung Yen, later developed under the name Vinhomes Ocean Park 2, is a large mega-city in Van Giang, Hung Yen.

The project covers a total area of approximately 460 ha, including many types of housing, retail, amenities and urban landscape.

What makes it special for CPM's capability profile is not only the overall scale of the project but also the volume of work the company delivered directly.

According to CPM's records, the company worked on packages supplying and installing aluminium & glass systems in several sub-zones, covering respectively 1,112 units and 724 units. The total recorded scope reached 1,836 homes.

This figure is highly significant when assessing production and installation capacity.

Unlike a single building, thousands of homes require the contractor to simultaneously manage output, consistency, supply planning, workforce, schedule and quality control.

This makes Dream City Hung Yen one of the best projects to demonstrate CPM's capacity for large-scale aluminium & glass delivery.

    5. Vinhomes Ocean Park

Vinhomes Ocean Park is one of the largest mega-cities in eastern Hanoi.

The whole project covers approximately 420 ha, with a building density of nearly 19%. Of this, 117 ha is dedicated to greenery, parks and water, highlighted by a 6.1 ha saltwater lagoon and a 24.5 ha central lake.

The master plan includes dozens of apartment towers and low-rise housing with integrated retail, education and amenity systems.

In this mega-city, CPM supplied and installed the aluminium & glass system for towers S1.03 and S1.11 in 2019.

Taking part in Vinhomes Ocean Park shows that CPM has experience working within the mega-city model – where a contractor must not only finish its product but also keep pace with the overall schedule of many works at once.

For the CPM brand, this is a project of value both in practical capability and market recognition.

    6. Vinhomes Smart City

If Vinhomes Ocean Park represents the eastern mega-city, then Vinhomes Smart City is one of the standout projects in western Hanoi.

The project covers 280 ha, with a building density of about 14.7%, comprising high-rise and low-rise housing and extensive landscaped and amenity spaces. According to Vinhomes' official information, the project develops 58 towers along with villa and shophouse areas.

At Vinhomes Smart City, CPM supplied and installed the aluminium & glass system for tower H1 in 2019.

Large urban projects demand consistency across thousands of components, strong production management and installation plans aligned with the overall site schedule.

Experience at Vinhomes Smart City and other Vinhomes projects forms an important part of CPM's capability profile in high-rise residential.

It is also a foundation for the company to keep expanding its capacity for ever larger projects.

    7. Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don

Among the resort projects CPM has worked on, Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don stands out in both scale and scope of work.

The complex is located in the Van Don Economic Zone on Bai Tu Long Bay. According to the developer, total investment exceeds VND 5,500 billion, comprising 5 towers, more than 2,000 hotel rooms and serviced apartments and an international convention centre with around 1,500 seats.

In particular, on this project, CPM designed and completed the exterior aluminium & glass system for Block F during 2025–2026.

Compared with packages focused only on doors or glass walls, a scope directly involving the building exterior shows more clearly the technical capability of a façade contractor.

The façade is the architectural layer that defines a building's identity, while simultaneously resolving requirements for design, materials, connections, installation and aesthetics.

For this reason, Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don is one of the projects CPM should feature first to demonstrate its in-depth expertise in aluminium & glass façades.

    8. DoubleTree by Hilton Ha Long Bay

DoubleTree by Hilton Ha Long Bay Hotel & Condotel is a large hotel and resort development in Bai Chay, Ha Long.

According to Coteccons, the project has a total floor area of nearly 100.000 m², with two high-rise blocks for the hotel and serviced apartments.

B+H Architects, responsible for the master planning, architecture, landscape and interiors, reported total investment of about VND 2,000 billion. The building is designed to maximise views of Ha Long Bay, with hotel rooms, serviced apartments, conference and resort amenities.

On this project, CPM supplied and installed the aluminium & glass system and exterior cladding during 2020–2021.

This scope directly shapes the building's external architectural form.

Working on an internationally branded hotel in a major tourist hub like Ha Long adds a significant mark to CPM's experience in the high-rise hotel & resort segment.

    9. NovaWorld Ho Tram – The Tropicana

Beyond its many projects in Hanoi and the North, CPM also has experience on large projects in the South.

A typical example is NovaWorld Ho Tram – The Tropicana.

According to Novaland's 2025 Annual Report, the whole NovaWorld Ho Tram resort city covers nearly 1.000 ha, stretching along about 30 km of coastline and developed in several resort phases, including The Tropicana.

In this phase, CPM supplied and installed the aluminium & glass works in 2021.

Coastal resort projects have particular requirements for materials and construction solutions due to environmental and climatic exposure, as well as high architectural expectations.

CPM's work on The Tropicana shows that the company's reach is not limited to one region, and reflects its ability to serve large-scale resort real estate projects.

It is also one of the projects that makes CPM's portfolio more diverse in type, location and segment.

    10. Sunshine Crystal River – Noble Crystal Tay Ho

Located in the Ciputra – Tay Ho area, Sunshine Crystal River, now marketed as Noble Crystal Tay Ho, is a high-end real estate development in Hanoi.

According to the developer, the project covers approximately 50.850 m², comprising 5 towers of 40 floors and 60 low-rise villas.

High-rise architecture with large glazed areas, balustrades and exterior components places significant demands on precision and finish quality.

On this project, CPM supplied and installed glass walls, glass balustrades, louvres and glass roofs for towers S4 and S5 in 2026.

This scope covers many key components of the architectural envelope, demonstrating CPM's aluminium & glass capabilities on high-rise buildings.

Beyond its scale, the West Lake location and high-end positioning make the project a fitting highlight in CPM's featured project portfolio.

More than 20 years of building trust through real projects

Founded in 2004, Ha Noi CPM Construction Corporation has more than two decades of experience in consulting, designing, fabricating and installing aluminium & glass systems.

Behind the project portfolio is a coordinated capability built on engineers and technical specialists, a factory of over 1 ha with average capacity of around 15,000 m²/month and an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

These factors enable CPM to take on projects of ever greater scale and technical demand.

From housing and urban developments to hotels, cultural centres and national infrastructure, each project is another step for CPM to refine its capability and prove its responsibility through real work.

With the motto “REPUTATION – QUALITY – EFFICIENCY”, CPM aims to be not only a supplier of aluminium & glass products but also a technical partner able to work alongside developers, consultants and general contractors from solution to delivery.

This is also the foundation for Ha Noi CPM Construction Corporation to keep extending its mark on new projects, helping create modern, high-quality and sustainable architecture across Vietnam.
