Workshop Foreman — CNC Aluminium & Glass Frame Fabrication
CNC aluminium & glass frame fabrication at the CPM plant, with quality control before panels leave the factory.
CNC line management: Run cutting, CNC milling, corner crimping and sealing machines; plan production to project schedules.
Quality control: Check fabrication tolerances and panel quality against technical documents before dispatch.
Workshop team management: Assign crews, train machine operators and keep the workshop safe.
Equipment maintenance: Schedule preventive maintenance for CNC and fabrication equipment to reduce downtime.
College/university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or Construction.
At least 5 years in aluminium & glass fabrication, including 2+ years in a management role.
Understanding of aluminium CNC machining; experience with Elumatec machines preferred.
Disciplined, safety- and quality-minded; good team management skills.
