Unitized Façade Construction Supervisor
Supervising Unitized module installation and joint inspections with the CPM plant.
Module installation supervision: Check bracket setting-out, levels, joints and flatness while Unitized modules are installed on site.
Quality inspection: Inspect modules, gaskets, sealants and waterproofing details with the CPM plant and the supervising consultant.
Site records: Keep the site diary, acceptance records and daily/weekly progress reports.
Site safety: Enforce safety procedures for work at height and lifting operations.
University degree in Construction or Architecture.
At least 2 years supervising façade or structural works on high-rise projects.
Able to read shop drawings; proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Careful and honest; willing to work on sites in Hanoi and Hai Phong.
