Construction Manager — High-rise Façade Projects
Leading façade installation on high-rise sites, working directly with the CPM fabrication plant.
Installation management: Organise and coordinate installation crews for Unitized/Semi-Unitized curtain walls on towers of 25 floors and above.
Planning & schedule: Plan floor-by-floor installation, coordinate tower cranes, hoists and labour; keep progress on contract milestones.
Safety & quality: Supervise work-at-height safety and sign off each module with the supervising consultant and the developer.
Plant coordination: Check shop drawings and coordinate panel deliveries from the CPM plant to site.
University degree in Civil & Industrial Construction or equivalent.
At least 5 years in aluminium & glass façade construction, including 2+ years as site manager or equivalent.
Manage crews and subcontractors; read shop drawings, method statements and acceptance records.
Work-at-height safety certificate; willing to work on projects nationwide.
